Go to bed at the same time every night.
Exercise (Tai Chi or Yoga or Qi Gong) first when you get up in the morning. Drink a lot of water, herbal tea or green tea to cleanse the body from toxins before eating breakfast. Green tea can prevent cancer, restrict the increase of blood cholesterol, control high blood pressure, lower the blood sugar level, suppress aging, refresh the body, deter food poisoning, stop cavities and fight Eat a viruses.
Eat meals regularly. Don't eat till you are too full --70% is sufficient.Eat warm meals to help digestion. If you eat cold foods, eat something warm too. For example, when you eat a cold sandwich, eat warm soup.
Eat without drinking fluids. Liquid will dilute stomach secretions and affect digestion. Sipping hot tea is OK!
Enjoy your meals when you are eating. Don't try to multitask when you are eating.
Try not to argue with anybody before meals.
Slowly walk for five minutes after meals, especially the last meal of the day.
Eat more protein for breakfast. Protein stabilizes blood sugar levels and helps prevent craving sweets. You may eat a relatively large breakfast because you have all day to consume it.
Eat a medium-sized lunch with balanced foods --protein, vegetable, starches. Rice is a better choice for starches, because rice helps to protect the digestive system.
Small-sized, well balanced dinner, and eat as early as you can. Avoid sweets with dinner. If you have a habit of eating desert, eat fruit, and make sure to avoid too much of the main course. Remember: 70% full is sufficient.
Get plenty of sleep. Eight hours per night is recommended. Sleep will help improve your immune system to help prevent illness, and also help with healing
If you have difficulty sleeping, try the following: 1) stay in a calm space before bedtime 2) go on an outdoor walk (slowly) for a few minutes 3) soak your feet in warm water for ten minutes or take a warm bath 4) meditation.

How to Prepare Instant herb Tea Add 2~3 cups of boiling water to the container. Stir well. Wait 3-5 minutes for the granules to dissolve completely. Drink 1 cup of tea each time, 2~3 times daily, ½ to 1 hour before or after meals. If the taste of tea is too strong, you may dilute it with more water. To get rid of the after-taste you may rinse your mouth with water, or eat a piece of fruit immediately after drinking the tea. Store the remaining tea in the refrigerator. Warm one serving to room temperature ( or warmer ) before drinking it.
